Tronko on cannith is putting 19 on his 8/6/6 and it is pure in game spec'd. Not kobold ap and feats. Teth is at 22 on his 11b/8/1 with pure in game spec.
It appears the 11/8/1 is better for trash - Horc helpless damage + Blackrazor's Stealer of Soul's pull it ahead.
For boss dps the crit range of maul is superior.
If the time difference is only 3-4 seconds though I guess it comes down to player preference what would be better:
Horc version would be better for 95% of content aka Reaper questing, but it lacks the heals aasimar has.
Aasimar has better survivability with healing hands, but you dont really need it as much in raids, because you already have a healer.
Hmm, that's a tough one. I guess aasimar is better raider because of slightly higher single target + the bludgeoning damage of tremor for Killing Time.
That's my understanding so far, feel free to correct me.
