Couple of Wolf Build Questions

Never played a wolf before, so deciding to jump on the dps train that they are and had a couple questions I was hoping to get some answers too.

Planning on the 11 8 1 split.

How on earth do you heal? Besides Aasmir lays, nothing works when raged with that split so do you just depend on a healer or have to constantly drop rage?

Does anyone know how to turn off the annoying jaw snapping sound effects lmfao?

Which build is best for self heals if the 11 8 1 doesn't, the 9 8 3 monk split unraged?

You don’t need to heal when stuff dies. Blood tribute, blood feast, affirmation, meld, spell absorb, imp uncanny w/flight is all you need.

The Bear tree has nice stuff for rages, so if you feel like throwing 23 AP into that tree, you can cast while raging.
