Maybe I misunderstood. Here's what I see:

So um,  this patch notes has me looking at all the new goodies that came in Feywild a little closer as I plan out my next lives. 

What is the point of shifter rages and their benefit to unarmed damage?  From reading about shifters, don't they become uncentered if they shifter rage and then lose centering?

Sorry the talk about monks got me off topic a bit and I'm just not seeing the point of what they made.

I'm guessing short-manning.

Seriously.

If the nukers were doing anything useful in R10 before they aren't going to be now. I guess the sorcs who really want to can respec into CC casters. Or they can do what I do and just tag along ineffectually.

Well, given that ddo isn't competitive, the analogy is decent. The masses are mad that such and such leet player can do better than them. So, the devs are trying to socialize the classes.
