Anyone notice the unlikely sight of a Barb/Bard/ft dwarf running around stomping shit surprisingly fast? I've seen 2 'overperforming' the last few nights on Khyber.

You DO realize that 'over-performing' for a Barb means you didn't catch them eating paint chips behind the tavern... right?

LOL! good point!

But my intention was to suggest the common parlance of that prick Severlin when he was using euphemisms to discuss things like the old pre-nerf wolves and such. Those dwarves are sick, All I could get back from them in chat about their performance is baffle-BS like "Oh, I just have some marcos running my melee order.." or "new computer.." LOL!!

Its just builds designed to abuse new SWF 2.25 mod with Offhand versatility, swashbuckler +2 crit threat on handaxes + Frenzied +2 crit multi T5 enhancements on a raid handaxe with dwarf damage line.

Build is super squishy b/c light armor cap and no evasion (unless you wanna be married to SD for life)

Light armor? This build just screams for Medium armor.

I assume the split is something like 12 FTR/5 Barb/3 Bard.

5 Barb for Tier 5 FB and 3 Bard for Swashbuckling - Dashing Scoundrel.

12 FTR for Power Surge in Kensei?


I suppose it could be a 14 Barb/3 FTR/3 Bard split, though.

3 FTR would get you 2 feats and the extra +6 CON from Stalwart Defender and 14 Barb would get  you a lot of healing amp and even more HPs.

the splits that jump out to me at first glance are 11 barb 6 ftr 3 bard and 12 ftr 5 barb 3 bard. and yeah, swashbarb is a thing (thanks feywild for the keen v handaxe) but mrr cap hurts enough that ive considered getting artifact mrr increase instead of artifact dex for a couple light armor builds.

12rog/5brb/3brd Halfling Dex-based in SD.

Racial 3d6, Class 6d6, Improved SA feat 3d6, Set 3d6, Martial Hymn 2d6, SD cores 6d6, Scion of Ethereal 6d6 = about 29d6 SA before assassin dices depending on AP split.

Build requires taking Weapon Finesse as a trainable feat, so that you can use Dex to-damage via Assasin core.

Light armor cap is much more enjoyable with no-fail evasion.

yeah, that one will do better than the splits i said. i hadn't even given an ounce of thought to splits that didn't include all 3 of the listed classes.

Saw another one last night, dwarven axe/shield,  looked like THF animations sprinkled with shield bashing, cracking strikes (FB) and what he said was blow by blow and en point strike (SB). Just stomping the crap out of stuff.
