Pretty decent at first, you could get quick in-game GM or you could actually speak to them on the phone and they would fix shit themselves while you were on the line. I'm thinking that was phased out '12-'13?  don't know drawing a blank.

Back then(pro-motu) the response times were ok. Not amazing but good enough. I didn't expect much better CS after playing World of Warcraft.

These days they can't even keep the in-game ticketing system functional.

Lol they replied to a ticket I put in 10 min after I logged off one day.  Said they would look into it, left the ticket open for nearly 3 months then closed it without any comment/discussion/ further reply or fuck anything.
