I was absent when these came out so I've missed some of the finesse around their use. I noticed someone (and wiki?) saying that you could stack the filigrees across weapon/artifact.

I've been playing with this and the results I get are that the actual filigree effect stacks but will not count both to a set bonus, just the weapon.

Separately, I was watching someone solo high reaper on extremisttube and I noticed some guild message on their screen about unequipping and equipping both weapon & artifact on each login, in a particular order. I forget the detail and I can't seem to get this to help with the set bonus appication of duplicate filigrees.

Can you actually still get counts for set bonus across slots or am I seeing outdated info and it's been patched? Do I really need to unequip/equip stuff each login in a particular order?
