Reaper DPS Reduction question

Which types of damage gets reduced by Reaper effect? Which ones don't?

I'm asking because I got a REALLY nice ML5 short bow the other day with Nightmare (5d8 per hit)+(PK on crit), Impact (2d6 Force on hit) (and Doubleshot+2%)

Are these subject to reaper DPS reduction effect?

Sadly only scammers are "selling" boxes now. But if you do want to get scammed, I know a guy.

Just for the record, I bought ten stones from Dragonborn a few days back. Fair and civil trade which went smoothly

I don't know.. it just says 'on vorpal hits, acting as a phantasmal killer spell'

In any case, gonna put festival light on it and then top it off with force damage from stone of change.. already has Aborea on it

Just did some testing with it..

Wearing the newer version of Wind Howler Bracers (10-60 Sonic Damage)...

on a critical, even if not confirmed (target dummey resisted), it's doing 150-250 sonic damage.. on a confirmed hit it does a LOT more...

I have no idea what is going on..

No... Vorpal doesn't, which is why it's so nice in high reaper.. so if Vorpal is one.. there could be more

Hi, I can field that one. The Wind Howler Bracers were released on the same update where they changed some damage spells, specifically the non-dot ones, to have "loaded dice". That is to say, wall of fire (being the OP spell at the time) remained an actual dice roll, but fireball went from 1d6 to 1d3+3 to make the average roll 75% of the maximum of an actual dice roll.

For some stupid fucking reason, the Wind Howler Bracers damage dice are loaded (and the saving throw doesn't work). From there, you're just getting what sounds like a tripleshot off and the damage multiplies with that, too.
