That's what I had figured - which in turn makes the SLA objectively worse to have in your rotation. Funnily enough I actually use Necrotic Ray on my fire nuker sorc. It does more damage at 30 than Scorching Ray even before Draconic adds a secondary fire effect. I had some space on a slavers item to throw on spell power and crit chance, so its nice to have a powerful ray spell close at hand. Well, sure…but only when the lag lets us. Recently, I’ve found it’s been a total clusterfuck in any instance that has a /loc server number of 45 or higher. Even lower server numbers are glitchy and rubber bandwidth bad, but hey, at least they’re not locking up for 10-15 seconds or more at a time, all the fucking time.

Everyone seems to be forgetting what a monstrous nerf U50 was. I used to not need to turn off auto-run on R1. Come around a corner, quickened meteor swarm, entire pack of mobs dead. It was a breeze. Following the massive wave of nerfs I re-geared and re-specd a few times to get around the deficiencies. Same exact character, same difficulty, better gear, better built. Result is even trash mobs now require a bit of hammering. First life no-tome alts that used to handle Elite with ease are now practically useless. The game is still playable but you are either gay or retarded(probably both) if you think everyone is "completing dungeons faster on higher difficulty than before."

	Well I'm completing epic quests faster and on higher difficulties. R1 feels like casual, r4i-r5sh feels about what r1 used to be. This is on melee dps builds, so ymmv. Legendary also seems easier at cap. Generally speaking the server pug raids have also upped the "default" difficulty most raids are run at. And seem much easier.

I will confess I did an R1 LShroud the other day, shortmanned, and it "felt" easier. In fact I was kind of shocked that it seemed like I was landing spells easier in the raid than dungeons.

It seems the Darcat to English converter breaks on numbers in the middle of words and doesn't play well with dashes, so if we drop those we get: Quote: This is a mob sitting in my red title. What was used to stat five weeds on live television has returned to a job that isn't as powerful as the mob is currently smoking! That makes a bit more sense. Took about 50 back and fourths to find equilibrium but it certainly makes a little more sense now.
