	Even IF he is back in MOD status, all that means that his posts are reviewed before they are posted. So long as they meet posting 'rules', they are fine to go. Problem is, poster history is not taken into account. Everyone is becoming wise, finally, to HaX and his bating/trolling. Even the MODs - they have to be with the amount of bullshit surrounding all HaX posting. Hope he got banned again and is stupid enough to post on a dummy account.

	Like I said I understand where Jerry is coming from, and what he intended with the PM. He's trying NOT to be like Tarrant. Kudos for that. I just don't get how or why h4x can still post. I was just wondering who else got a similar PM, or if it was just my lucky day for getting a post of mine reported in a thread of his.

	seems to me that Jerry is giving a fair warning to everyone. Hax is a 15-22 year old kid who likes to get ppl upset. We used to have this kind of game at my first job down at the beach. While on shift, we would try to piss each other off. you get mad you lose. Well after awhile of it being fun and all, it got to a point the all the folks there where not friends anymore. I think the Mods are just as tried as most of us seeing these stupid posts, and i also think Jerry is trying to not give out points by nipping this in the bud. be adults about this, don't be a Hax!

	Edit the Mod's name out of that photo and out of the posts here. He was giving you a head's up, rather than a Warning and/or an Infraction. That was a cool move. Now that this is being flaunted both here AND on the forums, there's a chance that he could get into some trouble for this, when he was just trying to get us all to pay nice without resorting to standard disciplinary actions. But now it's blowing up. Please remove his name just in case. He's always been on our side, but now he works for them. That's a tough position to be in, and one that we could both benefit from unless shit like this fucks it up.

	Well, I had no problems with the PM Jerry sent to the OP. I also got the impression the Mods were going to do something about H4x. I think we can prove our point by reporting every one of H4x's trolling/baiting posts just as he reports those who take his bait. If we do this, the mods may be FORCED to deal with him if they weren't going to already. tl;dr - Report H4x's trolling/baiting posts.
