who the hell started the rumor that you're not suppose to kill the gnolls on top of the maze to complete the quest?!

was in a normal crucible run today and had the cleric and FvS tell the group not to kill any gnolls on the maze

obviously ended up with red DA and had some death

ended up picking up the slack after a big sigh and just finish the quest, AFTER both the cleric and FvS bailed out

Possibly stems from some misunderstanding of why they respawn after they've all been killed.

ive had people say not to kill them because they tend to not notice you if you just leave em alone that said they are an easy finger/destruction at lvl so why not

Is it the argo server?  If so, it may of been me.  I like to take pugs on my non tr's and start baseless rumors about quests.  It's pretty fun, you should try it.

I just read that the cat followed up by visiting the dog house later that night, dropping some Willie Pete in on the sleeping dog.  #epochsfamiliarFTW

I always say that, when I'm running without arcane(or a crappy one) or to non-arcanes I send to levers, simply because those spirit callers are pain to kill in ranged and if they summon all their nice mephits, sleet storms and cause DA and kill pug-member Smiley
If the you dont attack gnolls on top, the spirit callers take there time- time enough to finish the maze. So it's my way to go for pugs where I dont know that we have 1 or in best case 2 persons to kill the spirit callers.
