	I borrowed this from another site. 1. Accuse the other party of your worst faults. 2. Insist that you are an avatar of the Truth and that the other person is Falsehood incarnate, or at least "misled." 3. Dwell on errors. Correct them in others at every opportunity. 4. Never apologize unequivocably. If forced to apologize, justify yourself in a way that makes it sound like the other party was responsible for your actions. 5. Write in such a way that the other party looks stupid if they don't respond. 6. Try to be many things at once, so that you can deny everything that is said about you. Say the same thing over and over again. 7. Always strive to get the last word. 8. Never let a debate rest. Never allow the other party to withdraw without making it clear that they have lost. 9. Insist that you are misunderstood. 10. If you can't find something to flame the person about, make something up. Convince yourself that you see the "real" motives.

	one thing i have to add to that. add religion to the topic. if it is not allowed on that forum try to do it indirectly. religion = instant flame. people don't like to talk about religion IRL because its a picky subject but they are more ready to say what they want when they are on the internet and cant show there face. and it helps to divide the population even further. if they are not allowed to talk about religion on that forum it just makes them more frustrated.

	I disagree with point 7. It can be effective to leave a particularly weak retort just hang there unanswered on humiliating display. If it is replied to it gets covered up and then disregarded. It is important though to make your last flame seem like it's the last word, even if it technically isn't.

I see what you did there you even did it in a non-aggressive sense. it's kind of like hitting someone in the face with a pie... I mean pie tastes good, but you still hit someone IN THE FACE, with a pie.

	11. Be emotive - choose synonyms that emotionally manipulate a situation. Take words out of context to heighten this.
