WC Horc or drow?

So I just lessered Forq a lvl15 SS to something similar to Norg's Rabiez WC build and am really liking it.  My plan was to level to 20 and then TR to a Horc TWF lvl20 WC rabiez type build.  However, I have a pair of the epic cutlasses in the bank for this toon potentially, so the question is with that in mind going for a scimitar emphasis should I go drow for the scimmy enhancements and charisma/dex boost?  T

Drow have rapier/shortsword enhancements.
Elves have scimitar enhancements.

longsword/rapier, which is the similarity between the two.
Both elves and drow have rapiers as an option.  Only elves have scimitars.

Yes, I have an elf 13/6/1 rogue/ranger/monk that is using the valenar enhancments, which include falcion.  I just thougth that since drow are elves they would get the Valenar line too.. Sad  Utimately, I might just TR back to human cuz the extra feat is pretty nice for a WC if you aren't gonna  splash around.  T
