When I am training people at work I use the "Know, Show, Do Principle". Once people they get past the theoretical part of "knowing", then they are "Shown" proper technique until finally they are able to "Do". I am a "Do-er" but hey GI Joe said knowing is half the battle right, although I consider it a third of the battle.

Let's get one thing straight: OMGBIZZY is not turning into the Khyber branch of AOK. We like to laugh and have fun and I think Jonny fits into that. We've had a great time discussing genitals in guild chat and he makes me laugh. Stainer once sent someone a guild invite for telling me to suck it in an Amrath flagging group, so that's kind of the extent of our recruiting policies.
I would agree with what someone else said that you should run with him before judging. If you do run with him and get griefed, you know where to find me.

Last night I used my AOK mind control powers to make someone on Khyber hit the altar in the Shroud before the last noob had a chance to recall... is that griefing? Also I grouped with Kimber and Wizzly and they will both tell you it was like being griefed the entire time!
