If you look it says wrist and fire resist, so it obviously means scorched bracers.  I will fix that though.

I just read that the cat followed up by visiting the dog house later that night, dropping some Willie Pete in on the sleeping dog.  #epochsfamiliarFTW

I knew exactly what you meant, but you also have Greater Shocking blow listed.

ETA: and I wanted to point out your shortcomings.

This is my mostly completed *cough*unarmed rogue/monk gear:

Head: Epic Big Top (colourless: +6 charisma)/Undying Gaze
Gloves: Epic Brawling Gloves (yellow: GFL)
Cloak: Epic Cape of the Roc (yellow: +1 exceptional con)
Boots: Epic Rock Boots(clear, yellow)/Madstone Boots (unsuppressed)
Trinket: Pale Lavender Ioun Stone, Litany of the Dead
Bracers: MinII GS HP Bracers (+45 HP, heavy fort, +5 protection, +6 constitution skills)
Belt: Epic Spare Hand (clear, blue: toughness)
Necklace: Shintao/Verik's
Goggles: Epic Time Sensing Goggles (yellow, white: exceptional wisdom +1)
Armour: Epic Frozen Tunic (blue: good luck) / Resistance +5/Heal Amp 20%/Radiance Guard DT
Ring1: Epic Ring of the Stalker (clear, yellow)
Ring2: Verik's/Kyosho's Ring (holy burst)
Weapons: Silver/air/water/air/+7 slotted Alchemical Handwraps, +5 True Chaos Adamantine Lined Handwraps of Greater Construct Bane, Tharaak Wraps

Still using trash ToD rings so waiting to pull either or. Just tier 2 alchemical wraps so far but got the air spirit ready so just need more elob completions (1 down ...)

There's multiple clear and yellow augment slots left to be filled as needed.

From this set I get ...
+11 strength
+10 wisdom (I'd thought about putting my moron helm here but I don't think it's valuable enough)
+7 every other stat
+4/6 SA, +3/5 exceptional SA
+6 seeker
+8 UMD (big top/spare hand/frozen tunic)
+3 AB
+1 or +3 damage depending on ToD set
Ghostly
1d4 piercing damage (not quite as good as charged gauntlets or claw set but very close)
Feather falling (this is a negative)
+11 sunder DC (can hit 49 DC on my current life iirc)
CC: OID clicky, greater stone prison guard, earthgrab guard, freezing ice or radiance guard, vorpal knockdown/sap/manslayer.
+5 stunning fist/blow and other DCs

From a pure DPS/tactics perspective I think that this gear set is pretty close to optimal. For tanking abishai set becomes worthwhile (I designed this before the change to earth stance so tanking was less of an option).
