Notice: Is anyone missing a beholder plate docent?

I used a +5 heart to LR my arti in preparation for a TR.

LR was successful, reworked my character and then went to reequip him.

He is a WF wearing beholder plate docent with mania effect.

I check my backpack and there's is my docent (still with mania effect) AND... a second Beholder plate docent with +10 reflex save.

It appears that the beholder plate docent was magically duplicated and a new effect added. It definitely was not something I previously owned. (I can only assume it belongs to someone else and that the druids mixed up our gear during Resurrection...).

All of my other equipment seems the same (I don't seem to be missing anything, but I may have also acquired an extra "Glorious Obscenity".)

I did notice one additional glitch however. I had the Bracelet of Madness that feeds on madness equipped prior to LR. When I reequipped it, the text changed significantly (yes, i know it is supposed to do this). It now has Superior Potency VII (listed 5 times on the item) and Spell Penetration IX (listed 2 times in the item description).

Anyone else experiencing similar LR strangeness?

Strange.  One of my chars got a bonus eSoS, but it had silver instead of adamantine.





Ok, not really, but it makes for a great story.
