Here's a human 12/8 Ftr/Mnk.  I went Shintao since you said you'd prefer it, but I really think Ninja spy works better in a lower split like this.  Shintao is netting you smite tainted creature, a bonus against non-lawful extraplanar creatures/undead, and Byeshk DR breaking.  I think I'd take shadow fade over that personally.

Also figuring you stuffed him full of +3 tomes from some mysterious source.  Deduct from the totals accordingly to match reality.

Dreamler has +3str. con, dex and wis bound tomes. This is my first character that ran raids. She had over 100 shrouds when I tr'd. 80 tods, at least 40 hound, vod and reavers. I got 2 +3 tomes in the same run. One in the chest and one in the end reward.

No, they hadn't fixed it last I checked.

IIRC the main bummer about an earth stance SD is the stacking run speed penalties.
