	Has this been jacked up for awhile? I tried Lam for the first time when the beta was released, and when they did the second run yesterday, my character copies failed. Frustrating.

	It has always been this way. Sometimes a character or two gets through, most likely not.

You sign in through myDDO to select which characters you want to transfer, it's true. Luckily, it seems that even broken characters (for me it's Krombie on Sarlona) will transfer over just fine even if you can't look them up on myDDO.

	Mine also worked last week, but I kept getting timeout errors for a good 20 minutes. In the end all 5 of mine went through.

	It's sort of fucked. The three I actually wanted to test failed because I forgot to check if Lama was up before doing it, because, y'know, if they bloody reset character copy I thought it was. Sort of my bad though for not checking. Got another couple through yesterday since I never ever try all 5 now. Shame though. If you had the bloody option to reset the failed toons that's all that would be needed. Impressive silence about it, too, given you would think they want as many capped toons as possible testing this stuff. Sheesh. I imagine they will pull their finger out when they figure that we've all given up on testing druids I hear rumours that outstanding AH bids and the like on live jack it up but I really don't know.

	Make sure Lam is up before you transfer. If its down at the time it seems to be a guaranteed fail. Still fails at other times. Most successful for me if I log into lam and check that its open first, then transfer a character I haven't logged into or changed for 24 hours. But yeah its a pain
