workaround for looped download on launcher? (Read 1626 times)

	I keep downloading a few files when I run the DDO launcher. I have a crappy workaround now. If I run the Turbinelauncher.exe it works fine... once. After that, I have to run ddolauncher.exe and it works fine... once. As long as I keep swapping between turbinelauncher.exe and ddolauncher.exe I can get into DDO. That's a pretty crappy workaround and I'd like to actually be able to download the expansion pack next week. Any suggestions?

I got rid of the pandio stuff once upon a time, but nothing shows up in my taskbar at the bottom of Windows when I hit the launcher. I've actually always thought that was weird.

	Yeah, you can enable keeping it in the system tray in the Advanced tab in the launcher options. Passive updating that way too, very nice.

	I find when it starts looping I can just close the launcher on the second time through, reopen it, and it won't start looping again until next time.
