	5% less of a proc +saves, my thaaraks are suddenly much easier to swap out for non-acid dps wraps, maybe those new ones from the raid, oh wait... Well there's the grave wrappings...but I don't really need +10 stunning anymore so they're still pretty situational. Endless light are pretty good DPS but only really shine (get it?!) against undead... Guess it's finally time to start grinding out those Alchemicals or icy burst some of the new lootgen next time the snow starts falling.

	Turbine is about as transparent when it comes to patch notes as 40 tons of lead. However, their screw ups they couldn't hide behind the moon, they just hang out like a muffin top on Roseanne Barr.

	Besides, actually fixing the underlying problem is so much harder than changing an �on-crit� to an �on-vorpal�. Phantasmal Killer requires you to fail 2 saves not fail either of 2 saves.

Edit: 'course, it was slipped in last second to live, and it's Feather-of-suckit, so odds of a reasonable compromise happening without someone from above beating him into submission on the subject are zero to null.

	There's still some Nightmare items on the AH priced fairly high; quick, sell yours before people use their decoder rings and find the secret notes Turbine has on their release notes about the nerf.

	Everyone knew the nerf to Terror was incoming eventually, it's just painful since it was one of the better weapons to use in Running with the Devils elite.

However, I think the frustration about the nerf is three-fold: 1) It wasn't in the release notes until it was brought up the players on their forums. This just after we had MadFloyd tell us they were being more transparent. 2) They changed it from OP to completely useless. 3) A Dev (Feather of Sun) thinks it is still pretty good weapon (this is frustrating because he obviously doesn't understand why it would NOT be used now and why it is useless now.
