	http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?&postid=4580643#post4580643 So amidst all the other crap that is broken with ddo atm, they decide to fix Weapons Shipment!. Broken raid! fix a now trivial quest that works fine. Hell you could atleast fix a broken trivial quest.

	Weapons Shipment does need some changes. I suggested it would be better if the Planescaller could be attacked during the outside portion. Maybe she could be spamming Intimidate and named Coyle, too.
