	The worst part is how fucked up the epic level system is right now, mechanics wise. If you plan on doing any twisting, then you are fucked if you take level 25 because you've outleveled most epic quests. At least you could grind challenges for xp then. This would be a lot easier to live with if they changed the overlevel/powerleveling rules for epic levels.

Thirded, sounds like an eminently sensible suggestion, and possible not too horrific to code? (given they hang everything off DDO's spaghetti code, I presume this is a factor...)
