This. Hard seems to be the sweet spot for time, effort and not having to repeat blue because of how fucking big the aoe on the electric is.
12-15 minutes to complete Elite to chest. And about 8-10 minutes per dragon. Even less. You run more time than you fight. So you can get 6-9 scales per 40 minutes.
