I wouldn't say that it's more of a reference to what a pain in the ass this raid has been for his department and how it has drawn resources away from testing other features that much need it.� I think it's clear management bit off more than they could chew with the expansion and all the additional changes they lumped in.� An ambitious raid with all sorts of new mechanics just exacerbates the difficulty.
