Does the loot seem off to anyone else?

+2 loot week and the a free +1 loot gem running and the loot seems to be worse than before the last patch.  Not getting anything over level 23, and very few level 23 items.

Anyone else noticing this?

There used to be a 'loot cap' which prevented any loot bonus, to work on very high level loot generations. No idea maybe it's gone, but without further proof I wouldn't be suprised if loot bonuses don't work on lvl 23+ tables Smiley

More often than not I have been getting loot that is all unusable to my character due to minimum level requirements. However i am focusing on leveling characters right now so i cant say about cap.
