Thankfully, most of them are too busy kiting to type so they just die quietly.

Then you get the, "I didn't know this group was BYOH." or "Y U NO HEAL?!"

Though my all-time favorite is "Why do they keep coming after me?"

The proper course of action when you pick up aggro is to start laughing and in your best Mickey Mouse impression shout, "Hahaha! Chase me! Chase me!" until the melees get furious with you and then do one more lap and just stop and kill all the things.
