I haven't seen noticed any comments yet regarding whether VIP's pay or get the DD content.  Seems to me that since it's not an expansion but is an update to the Expansion that any VIP that purchased MOTU should get DD free.

Now, if they forgot the "Free to VIP" logo on the blurb - never mind.  But if they truly do intend to charge VIP's for this, it would actually be a very true departure from VIP's get all content.

But you VIPs get 10% speed boost in towns, so it evens out.
