Anyone know which quest they drop from?

My collection is now incomplete with the ivy wraps and new raid wraps out.

My very helpful post was completely unhelpful, so rather than having a Barrett pointed in my direction and suffer under the weight of howls of derisive laughter, I crushed it.

I thought the information was on this page:

http://ddowiki.com/page/Update_15_named_items

but that page basically says, "we don't know, either".

We ran through the chain yesterday and didn't see a single named item drop. Therefore, per usual, I am no help whatsoever.

Did the chain twice on EH.  Saw the retarded medium armor drop in the bear and claw quest.

That is the only reason why I want them.  I have all of the others.  I must get them as well.  They will be my new link item when people need to link gear.

I would rather kill pinocchio then farm that retarded quest on EE.  Oh well though, we do what we must.

The whole chain is retarded. Lets fill all the quests with three *new* mobs and when I say *new*, I actually mean reskinned and renamed existing mobs.

I haven't run any of em yet. How's the xp? That's about the ONLY thing from this update that is slightly interesting to me-- IF the xp is decent for TRing purposes.

The chain quests are fairly short, so I can see farming for xp in it.

So the raid handwraps aren't planar after all. Those are actually pretty crappy wraps, especially for an epic raid. I'm glad I still don't have much of a reason to run it, then.

The raid handwraps still aren't really worth it, even with planar possibilities. Reinforced fists is on half a dozen monk things, including the spider-spun caparison. Stunning +10 is eh, you should be able to stun anyway, and it's also found on plenty of better wraps. The antipodal damage is weak, and how much does doublestrike 6% matter when you're only occasionally doublestriking for crap damage?

Maybe I'm wrong? I'm no monk expert, I just like running around really fast on mine and punching things, but I'm just not seeing it.

Rusty Trombones and Farmhouse Witch are still much better for XP farming than any of the new crap.

Hell EE claw is better than the new stuff. You can invis it in 4 minutes if you have scooty boots/wings/abundant step

I have never heard them called this.

That would be strangely out of line if you needed commendations to unlock this item.

I think I agree. You get basically +1 enhancement over alch wraps, and flexible 2dg effect dmg.

You LOSE, lit strike, +2 dex, elemental burst dmg (t3), 4 insight AC, and a friggin Red Slot.

Even adding the planar conflux stuff, these are behind. That's sad.
