The raid handwraps still aren't really worth it, even with planar possibilities. Reinforced fists is on half a dozen monk things, including the spider-spun caparison. Stunning +10 is eh, you should be able to stun anyway, and it's also found on plenty of better wraps. The antipodal damage is weak, and how much does doublestrike 6% matter when you're only occasionally doublestriking for crap damage?
Maybe I'm wrong? I'm no monk expert, I just like running around really fast on mine and punching things, but I'm just not seeing it.
They're not horrible, really. EVERYTHING in the game will take at least an additional 2d6 damage from them, 3d6 for things with neutral somewhere in their alignment and 4d6 for true neutral stuff. Doublestrike - 6% is actually better than a +1 increase to crit range and is not affected by fortification and I believe can actually proc double crits. My main problem with them is having both reinforced fists and stunning +10 on them. Reinforced fists is nice for a WF or someone using a dragonscale outfit, but is not gonna be useful for most monks. Stunning +10 is overkill for EH content, and can now be found on rings so I'd much rather it was replaced with a med-high untyped damage, low percentage proc, burst effect, or enemy debuff effect.

Why would run anything on Heroic anymore? Epic Norm and Epic Hard are so stupid easy, it's a crime to run it on anything less once you hit 20.

EDIT: I took my lazy bum over to wiki. Doesn't have all the info yet, But looks like base XP is 2500-4500 for those on normal at level.
That last one may be pretty farmable depending on how long it takes. Is Druid's curse zergable for farmage?

There is a relatively popular MLP fanfic called
Antipodes
being written right now. It is not unlikely that this is another reference from Feather of Sun. This one would be much more subtle than the rest though.

PMing Epoch is usually a good start for any and all questions, especiallly, but not limited to, exploits, workarounds, and other general fun things involving DDO.

I asked if they are exclusive or not. Idgaf if I can pass them around, other than it will mean farming on one toon for all vs on every toon.
and I only need 2 pairs if they are exclusive unless my Monk goes UA Rogue later on.

Yes they are exclusive. You'll have to destroy/loot/destroy/loot/destroy/loot/bank/buyback etc
Usually about 3 pairs drop on elite. For each person.

They are exclusive, but you can easily farm them on elite without having to bother with the pain in the ass (for a melee) end fight. Including the master of hounds optional I think you end up with 4 chests with a chance to drop them. I farmed them on Murderthumbs, who didn't need them anyway so it's just a trip to the bank after each pull.
There is no excuse for a non-FVS/Monk to be without a pair of Scooty Boots (that name is definitely a keeper).

You can even just toss up an lfm saying you're farming for boots. It's nearly impossible to get through more than two runs and not have every single person get at least one pair.

Right now, the only way to tell is the ML:
It's 15/16/17 for heroic casnorm/hard/elite,
and 22/23/24 for epic casnorm/hard/elite.
Incidentally, the Wall of Wood shield has some really weird itemization issues, where you may want "worse" versions to maximize Healing Amplification.
