Probably obvious but...

The Epic Destiny active attacks appear to proc twice when Doublestrike goes off (Volcano's Edge is easiest to see).

Given how much DPS the Legendary Dreadnaught active attacks bring to the table, increasing them even more with Ftr capstone, eSpare Hand, etc. is certainly something worth exploring.
