	The sagas were +3 skill tomes only. The difficulty only changed how many you had a choice between - True Elite gave you a choice of four and it went down from there.

	Wait, so not only are there no base skill tomes at all, but they nerfed the +3 ability tomes and +3 to +4 ability upgrade tomes to +2 and +2 to +3. This sucks. Apparently same in CiTW (and level 27 chests don't drop them either since U19), so no source of +5 tomes in game now or something.

Are you trying to state this as a fact or is it purely bullshit you pulled out of your ass? I've seen +4 to +5 upgrades and pure +5's drop since the update. At least 3 +4 to +5 updates and one +5. I'm going with pure bullshit. Do you run any EE's?
