True. My interaction with Blizzards staff was lovely (did their trial to 20, rang to query a potential phishing mail) and the folk at DCUO were hugely helpful even to a freetard like me when I was having issues downloading the game. I hear you get better customer service from Turbine if you phone but even with skype that mounts up. My expectation is basically nil, it is easier that way, after they broke a toon and in the end my only recourse was a TR I paid for.

Same with Bioware; restored deleted items, transferred raid loot that was incorrectly looted, refunded player mistakes.  I've yet to hear of them not resolving a player issues.  All of these things would have garnered the big fuck you from Turbine.  It's odd to feel appreciated as a customer by CS rather than dismissed and mocked.

mine at just a bit over nil... GMs seems to be able to get a stuck character unstuck, if you give them the location where you're stuck and the location you want to end up to.
What is the worst is that you and me had, once upon a time, to deal with the AD GMs that spawned broken mobs or chests, completed quests that broke or created a uniform for a guild just because said guild made a server event.

GMs have three cards nowadays :

Really in Europe we had a massive gold GMs ( Alchemical Dream people ), they really really helped solve problems and the response time was always under 2 minutes. Then it went back internal to Codemasters and it degraded a bit ( longer response time mostly, they still did a lot of things ).

But in the US I don't expect much except getting a stuck character unstuck.

Personally I wouldn't even bother creating a ticket for a FoS made items.
Well maybe, because I couldn't put it in the deconstruction altar...  Grin

Bioware killed the game for me.  I was supposed to get the rakata warrior gloves, and the inq was supposed to get the rakata inq gloves, the game bugged out and they were switched.  Well I submitted a bug report saying that these two items need to be switched.  The other guy never submitted a bug report according to the Customer service.  That didn't stop them from taking my rakata gloves and giving them to him.  I specifically stated in my bug report that the items were to be switched.  I even quoted that to them and they said it was too late they couldn't help me. 

So fuck them, I hope I encounter each and every one of them in a dark alley.

I bought 2 collectors ($80) for me and my friend.  The dollar conversion hurts a lot if you are not earning $$.  I haven't played any of the MoTU or touched the EDs yet, seems really not fun.

For Torchlight 2, I already bought 1 steam key for me, and 4 steam gifts for my friends.  We already clocked in 100 hours of game time on the first day of release.

It is really sad that I am having so much fun at torchlight (stupid I know).  It is just that I miss playing DDO, but when I log, I just log off and play T2 again.
