	More proof Turbine doesn't play their own game.� Mabar is divided up into zones spanning 5 levels (for example, level 20-25).� However, mobs fail to provide any reward when killed if they are more than 4 levels below you.� The result: Level 25s in the 20-25 zone not getting jack shit from monsters when level 20s are spawning level 20 mobs. How fucking hard would it have been to create zone bands spanning every 4 levels instead of every 5 levels?� Such a simple thing, yet so god damned frustrating.

	Honestly, the better solution would be to not have anything spawn in the 20-25 area with a level of less than 21. Who cares what the stated bottom of the level range is. Just don't spawn anything that the max advertised level in each range can't get a reward for.

It does feel that way right? Interestingly, the compendium has this statement: *Vampires can be killed by players of any level without penalty." So, bugs? Also, to add, I've not seen the Storm Giant Councilor drop anything interesting. Something like a cursed fingerbone for everyone would have been nice.

	I spent an hour trying to explain to FoS during the lama event about how players could grief during this event. A level 10 guy running around in 20-25 can ruin all your spawns. Was pretty much ignored.
