	Not actually in the store, but a new item has shown up in the game datafiles for 'Redeemed +4 Tome of Strength' etc. +4 versions of the store-bought +1/2/3 versions. This happened with +3s about a month before they went for sale.

	As of U16 +3 -> +4 upgrade tomes will drop 25% of the time when a +3 tome would normally drop. If you don't have all the +3 tomes you want, you just aren't trying.

	Yep. Good times. +3 to 4 upgrades should be readily available and, I'm betting, on the AH for around 1 mill plat. (Slightly more than +3's go for). Or 3-4 reds. A far cry from the 10-16 reds people were paying last week. I'm sure the first few weeks people will over pay but it will settle in pretty quickly.

	The upgrade tomes will be BTA on acquire, so I'm not sure how you'll be buying them in AH/trade channels.

From what Feather of Sun said, they had been added to the same loot table as the current +3's that are dropping unbound. I didn't see anything in his post about them being BtA or BtC. That does have an impact, but still, I see plenty of +3's in chests or in end reward lists. Even if it only makes farming easier, it will be better than now.
