hrmm I totally thought this was going to reference bitcoin, and I am now wondering if there are mmo item/gold seller services that operate accepting bitcoin currency.

They may have changed it, but gold coins were originally weighted to drop the most the lower level the chest was, regardless of character level. I ransacked Haverdasher so many times for golds.

all the low level quests. they have most chests. more chests means more coins. high level quests are stupid for coins

if your the type to farm tp (and open ze chests) festivult is best time to do it. good time to tr too
