	Ok folks, I was considering trialling an Epic Elemental Khopesh for the Freezing Ice / imp paralysing effects in my offhand on my melee FvS (who has no proficiency) rather than my current paralysing sets, but my running partner reckons they changed how off hand works with non proficient weapons to only be glancing blows, and so it would never proc. Can anyone point me to this or suggest a likely bunch of useful targets to test on? I can always give it to my khopesh using melee bard if its a bust if I need to make one to test it.

	why not try out a random loot khopesh to see if you like how it procs... plenty of freezing ice khopesh on the argo AH

The dummy won't work for it though, right? Nor will portals? Any other easy options for not massively dangerous bags of hit points?

	I don't recall anything special about 2WF under MOTU, but since MOTU you lose 25% to-hit when non-proficient. I guess I would assume the +miss would apply to the off-hand attacks only. At the very least you're going to have to be OK with missing 25% offhand on top of whatever your miss is already. Wielding nonproficient is not something generally done these days.
