Where to find loot?

I'm going to play DDO occasionally again when I need to hurt other people and want to engage in my fantasy that hurting pretend people will be enough to satisfy me.

So, if I'm going to get loot from chests, I'll ask which quests have fucked up EH and EE loot tables?  Which quests have loot that's worth owning in chests that aren't a pain in the ass to get to?

Those desert quests that folks bitch about only dropping a single token fragment? They also drop +4 tomes. On EH. And no, I don't mean upgrades.

Try the Party Crashers optional office chest, it can give some quite interesting stuff (scales much higher than other chests in the quest). You can find min lvl 25 stuff even on normal.

Thanks for the suggestions.

And am I right in thinking that I generally want to stick to EN if I'm looking for an Eberron Epic Shard/Seal because the EH and EE loot tables tend to be fucked up?  That's the impression that I've gotten, but don't know if it is accurate.  I just ransacked the side chests in ADQ1 on EH for generic loot because it is fast and easy and got no seals of any kind.  I used to expect 5-6 seals in that run before EN/EH/EE existed.

Only two quests have normal-only seals: Lords of Dust and Servants of the Overlord.

Every other quest is going to give EH approx 2x the chance of EN, and EE 3x the chance of EN.

lolwhat? 5-6 seals from DQ1? Ransacking the 3 chests on a character EE you might average one seal. EE has the same chance as old Epic.

ADQ1 seals drop rate is 4%, it was previously 11%.

Other wise, seal drop rates appear to be pretty much shit across the board.  We often get skunked on eh carnival stuff.

Do you think the company that doesn't even know it dropped paralyzers from the loot tables are going to know how to set drop rates correctly?

dq1 sides used to also drop tomes apparently. I've ransacked EE many times and though I've seen plenty of seals, I've yet to see a tome.

They drop tomes. Anything that drops random loot drops tomes. Tomes are 1 in 333 since U16 (used to be worse), 20 ranacks of the 2 high level DQ chests to on average see one +4 tome.

And I kinda doubt as high as they are that they're 27 base EE, you probably need a gem/blesser/lootbonus going.

Edit: And don't forget needing to be on a level 24+ character to avoid the lootcap.

The only time sink is doing PC. The opt takes no time after PC, you have to be a moron not to do it if you've done PC already. It's fun and decent XP at-level too.

Not a chest I would generally try to farm though, yeah. Maybe during a loot weekend.

Still does, I pulled a +4 wisdom out of there, it might have been during the loot bonus, I'm not sure.

I think he is told old for that:

Fahr's syndrome

Clinical features
The disease usually manifests itself in the third to fifth decade of life but may appear in childhood or later in life. It usually presents with clumsiness, fatigability, unsteady gait, slow or slurred speech, dysphagia, involuntary movements or muscle cramping. Seizures of various types are common. Neuropsychiatric symptoms, which may be the first or the most prominent manifestations, range from mild difficulty with concentration and memory to changes in personality and/or behavior, to psychosis and dementia.
