	COPY PASTA-ED FROM FORUMS So September or October of 2011, during a big DDO Store sale, I bought a TR heart on sale and ate it, since I planned to TR again, on my wizard and needed the bank slot. I am now getting around to TRing and am unable to due to a bug. I am unable to see the buttons to select race, unable to see anything in the looks menu, and I have no alignment. In game support has escalated my issue to a Senior GM but I am also posting here and PMing Jerry. I have ~4 days off I was going to use to TR and now I can't. I have tried to TR on multiple machines with every imaginable graphics setting and changed my windows font sizes, based on a friends reccomendation. 	What was his bug? Tr then couldnt level? So many bugs now its hard to keep track...

	Do you have a screen shot of the character select screen? Edit - Wondering if you still show 20+ and can you log in without hitting the reincarnate button. Might be able to force reset, could possibly try talking to kruz see if he prompts you for another heart with or without having another one in your back pack.
