Looking for advice from the experts.
I recently use a stone of experience for my bard life. The problem is I wasn't paying attention while leveling and took level 17 when I was only 1 rank in.
     So I was wondering if I LR can I stop leveling at 16 and bank level 17? 

Stop being a fucktard and grind a couple hours worth of XP.

You'll only have a 25% over level penalty on level 12 elites. There should be a ton of XP in the level 12-14 quests that you have probably never even touched.

I did the same thing on my last stone life - it didn't impact me at all.  I wouldn't bother with the LR.

The trick to getting the maximum xp out of your stones is, right after you hit just around 404,000 xp:

1. Drink a 50% pot and hit a 5% xp shrine.
2. Open a kitchen drawer, take your nuts out and place them in the open drawer.
3. While double clicking the stone of experience, slam the kitchen drawer shut at the same time.
4. ?
5. Profit/DIAF
