Grouping is way better, imo.  Ran in a 3 person group the other night with Gunga and stainer and we just rofflestomped everything.  Played with Maxwell last night while we were both on fighters and things were dying pretty quick.  Then I go back to running solo and take 5 minutes to hack down a hexer.

I'm pretty sure there's no scaling, so yeah, with a group you roflstomp explorer areas and instances. Still pretty quick to cap soloing though Cheesy

I've always looked at DDO like that, and only play with mouselook on. DDO is the only MMO I've ever played before NWO, so I'm trying to get used to the differences. I like some things better about NW, but I'm also pretty spoiled on some things DDO does better.

Its a bit of a time grind, but leadership is just pure money and xp, got it upto 8 on my cleric.  Basically you have slaves and you make them go do stuff and bring you back the money.

I did get the email and I confirmed it.  Tried it in two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and had the same issue.  I log in, click on a character and it boots me out.  Other people are having the same issue.

How the hell do you drop from a party. I ended up logging out and then back in.

I like the ability to play with and without mouse look on DDO. I Miss that.

I also miss the focus orb.

hit 'alt' to use your mouse for stuff.  Just right click on your picture and click drop party.

Learn the short cut keys for everything, it makes stuff alot easier.
