The best thing you may get with that is someone with a similar build posting theirs, which will be completely different from yours (assuming anyone even cares enough).

Red scale just for toughness seems like a waste. You'd be better off with black scale for the fort reduction. For U17, the new minos comes slotted with a colorless "toughness" augment. At least that's the plan, which means you could jeweler kit the augment out and put it somewhere else.

Why do you want to keep the spyglass? 3 int and UMD? You'd likely be better off using a trinket (+3 int subterfuge) paired with an upgraded Needle from CITW for the set bonus.
8 con black helmet for the set bonus with black scale. Or 3, if you put 8 con elsewhere.
