Here's an idea, too.  You say you are a Beta DDO player.  There is an Introductions section of the board where you can post who you are in game.

There is also a sticky thread here:

Most everyone you are interacting with has posted here with their in game toon names and server they play on.  It's not required, obviously.  If you want to hide behind anonymity, that's your call.

While you're on the topic of over-the-top moderation, I am pretty sure that I saw at least one comment from rufustainer disappear last night. IIRC, it was on page 2 of the "New Exploit?" thread. I read it, and laughed in anticipation of strakeln's reply. When I refreshed the page, there was a post or two missing including that one. I've never tried to delete my own posts, so unless rufustainer thought better of it and has found the delete button that eludes me, I'm not really sure what happened there.

edit - hey, delete button is right there when I'm logged in. Maybe I should log in more. But why would rufustainer have second thoughts about a posting? I'm going to stick with the conspiracy theory.
