	yes, i read that other thread but unless someone i know tells me about it / how it works i'm just gonna treat it like another fire caves and even then i dont know if i am really that interessted only thing that comes to mind: i would give a guildie that spare quiver i have which only takes up space in my bank, he had a couple 20th lists and it still eludes him

Then it might not be sitting unused in your bank any longer. .

I am sitting at 51 completions and have mutliple Litanies, Seals and UA. That arrow thing makes them literally on of the best items for "alt feeding". I pretty much never see them for roll...

	Besides the quiver and litany there's nothing there these days. The other items are either surpassed or just nice twink items for TR'ing, but hardly worth grinding out for the most part.

	Litany is terrible. I haven't used one on any character since U14. Not even when leveling. Most of the Abbot gear is good leveling gear. The bow is one of the best all-around bows in the game, quite a reasonable option if you have it and don't have Pinion.

Sure, it's good if you're enough of a button masher to get anything out of the 6 second duration. There are infinity better trinkets though, wearing it is going to be subpar 99% of the time.

But I haven't bothered grinding out a planar conflux set.
