	I have the same theory.... But TR Cache is such a nice bank space. When I TRed one of my Cleric into Wolf I left a lot of things there for long because it wasn't cluttering my bank that way.

It's not quite remove only. While it does not allow new slots, you can still dump things into existing stacks. It does however seem to be in some sort of weird stasis compared to other banks. Such as timers on items stopping.
