	The problem with this is that, they're basically giving them more time to move/hide their gains, and they've banned < 50% of dupers as best as I can figure. There's a couple categories for the dupers.� Those who did so, and didn't care about the consequences, especially as turbine as shown not to really go after exploiters or their gains (chestapalooza).� Or the just figured a ban would finally break them from DDO as they're not having as much fun. Those who cared about the consequences and did the duping on a different account and then moved the items around. Either way, there's still plenty of duped goods still around.
