It takes about 85k more to get to level 12 than it used to. Each level after that is easier. By the time you are ready to take level 16 it is about even again betweeen the old and new. Then it gets much easier each level. Given how easy XP is to earn from 7 to 12, it's really not that big a deal to need 85k more. A couple extra shadow crypts, Von3 or something and you are good to go. Cutting off 500k of 17-20 is like gold, though. You can be to level 22 now with the XP you used to need to get to heroic cap.
