Alright so I have a Helf 12Monk, 6Ftr, 2Pali (Emerald build) I made before U19.  Instead of the normal Cleave and Great Cleave (Which I feel the latter has been nerfed do to slow response) I went with Shield and Imp. Shield Mastery.  Sounds weird but I was thinking the end game requires a little of everything to be useful. I would love to get some feedback on ways to better improve the build. This toon is now level 27 and has been enjoyable to play, but I feel it needs something else. So here is the basic stats, feats, gear (Which is improving as go).

HElf (Cleric Dil - Heal/raise dead <- really has helped)
In Unyielding Sent. with items and no ship (Base,tomes,Sitting)
Str: 14 +4 -> 27
Dex: 16 +3 -> 25
Con: 14 +2 -> 31
Int: 11 +2 -> 13
Wis: 16 +4 -> 32 (+6 points)
Chr: 9 +3 -> 23

FEATS:
TWF -> Imp TWF
Imp. Crit Bludg.
Shield and Imp. Shield Mastery
Dodge -> Spring Attack
Toughness
Power Attack
Stunning Blow

ITEMS:
Flawless White Robes and Helm
Fabricators set
Gaurdian's Ring (+*str and +24PRR)
Cloak of Night lv 20 (Death block and Dodge)
+8chr, +9resistance Necklace
Alchemical Silver Air, Air, Air wraps
other various items

My end goal is Unyielding Sentinel (US) for the Shield PRR, AC, and HP bonuses. 
In US I sit 984HP, 121Ki,  100AC, 174% fort, 101 PRR (With Stalwart Defender), 22% dodge ,55fort, 45 Ref, 47Will.
This with no ship buffs.
Between the Incorporeal, dodge, and AC I don't get hit to often, based on all the "Dodge" and "Incorporeal" messages I get about my head. But when I do get hit I take 41.45% less damage vs. melee.

While he is not the greatest in DPS anymore compared to other builds or when he was Str pure dark monk (before ToD nerf) he does pretty decent dps. running Earth stance and having 1d8 dmg from Shintao (Switch do to nerf of ToD).
As said made him pre U19 and has done well as an off tank or main occasionally for FoT Reaver, but would love to hear what others think of build and what suggestions people might have. 

Okay so in terms of SUPPORT/ALL-AROUND in place of Tank.... That work for ya?

Why Shield Mastery?

Why are you using a shield as a monk?

Yeah, I'm aware of the ability, I want a SS showing it actually applying the doublestrike and PRR with no shield equipped.

Confirmation from someone else who knows what they're talking about would work, too.

Just tested on lam, There's a bug atm that's giving me the PRR even when i'm totally naked.  No doublestrike though.

Note the 10PRR is provided from:
Heed No Pain: Passive bonus: +10 Physical Resistance. +20 additional Physical Resistance while Unbreakable

My main has almost that much at level 19, and he is pally 15 monk 2 fighter 2, so your save profile is much much better.

Thanks for the Info.  Helpful.  My Charisma isn't the greatest from the start due to having points, and my pluses went into Wis for AC and DC for Stunning Fist.  Maybe I can LR and put them into Chr? Your thoughts?

The bug is awesome, it's free PRR without a shield equipped.

However, I deliberately didn't equip a shield. If I equip a shield everything works as expected.

Basically, the OP is wrong, but there still is a beneficial bug.
