	I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Turbine for processing my refund. The customer service representative that I spoke with was both considerate and professional. The refund was processed very quickly! I do sincerely appreciate the effort. While I understand that most companies try to avoid chargebacks (reversal of funds transferred) at all costs, due to the fees involved and other negative results, I have not always had funds returned as quickly as I have with this effort. 	Turbine has an EPIC number of chargebacks this month.� These cost them more than a refund.� If they do not willingly give you a refund, threaten to dispute the charge with your credit card company.� The Turbine number is (855) 924-2637. Refunds have also increased in October to more that 9.8 times the prior month!� With the ban extension, I would guess that this will go even higher!!

	good. that plus the overtime they had to pay to mongoloids to dig through everyone's bags makes me feel better. big enough drop in sales for the month of October and maybe marketing will shit all over whoever thought 30 day bans was a good idea.
