Instead of fixing the bug that allowed you to drag and drop high level items onto low level toons, they are using this new bug (errr...I mean fix)...which seems to affect hirelings worse than it does the players... 	Am I the only one who finds that name really insulting? I don't feel fucking guilty that they can't program well enough to fix the bug, so they need workarounds like this debuff.

Leveled back up, equipped everything, and got this buggy bandaid. Had to take off everything one piece at a time and reequip to get rid of it. As I don't use hires on Lama(when you can do triple completionist in about 6 hours)+ max ED's, I did not know about the hire bug til now...will try to check it out next time I am on Saal

	It is bugged. The permachains thing affects anything you equip for the first time. You have to equip it, unequip it and reequip it. Not just naughty stuff. Happened to me with appropriate level stuff I picked up off the Dojo floor. Le sigh...

	Known Issues: NEW: Equipping an item for the first time may give you a debuff which lowers your movement speed and attack speed. You may also encounter this debuff when you first log in to this Lamannia build. To remove the debuff, unequip the item, then equip it again. This bug is already corrected for the next Lamannia build.

	Turbine: We have developper that are too stupid to fix the bugs in our software, so they create new buggy functions as workarounds for their own bugs.
