This actually did not seem to work. If it did then we were not able to pull it off. You've got too little time between clicking a potion and pulling off the exploit.

This is enough. People like to think the Vault is some well kept secret but it is just as public as the main forums, something OP and many around here seem to have forgotten. Posting here and there is the same thing. The only difference is posts on the turbine forums get cubed, so if anything it is safer to post an exploit there, less people would see it.

OP made this thread and so many people jumped on the XP bandwagon that we lost the exploit, even worse, we lost much bigger exploits than OP ever considered. He didn't even bother doing it over the weekend.

Hopefully this teaches at least some people to keep their mouths shut and to realize the vault is no better or worse than the turbine forums (at least the turbine forums can handle the traffic on ONE thread without reverting to the fucking flinstones)

I wish it had gone on longer too,  not because I'm still playing and wanted to use it,  but because if it had continued over the weekend and become xpapalooza just like dupapalooza it would have created better forum drama and made Turbine look worse.  I really want to watch Turbine fold.

what they say or not i don't care much.
I personally i exploit for the fun and excitement of it. especially if i can share it with friends and guidies, and laugh about it.
Yeah it's nice to have a unlimited supply of medium eberon shards, cookies, scales, ings, xp, tomes... but i know that if I didn't have access to all those things i would enjoy the game the same way.
It really is the quote: "xpapalooza just like dupapalooza" that makes it fun for me.

Until now, I've been a sad panda that I don't have access to the Fite Klub forums.  Now though, this post has taught me a reason I'm glad I, as a nubcakes vaultee, do not have immediate, free, open access to my favorite game's deep, dark secrets.

Part of the fun for me now after three years of playing is learning the features™ of the game I didn't know. 

Some day I may get a golden ticket and an invite to sit at the big boy table but for now even I look at this OP's post and just wonder wtf went through his head when he advertised this to the world.
