I wish there was the ability to make "fake" item links in chat.  I would follow that guy around linking stacks of 10,000 whatever.

It is possible but sadly I don´t know how to do it. In some shroud a guy linked "Handwraps of Epic Bitch Slaping" as he was quite unhappy with the female leader. Problem, when you click on the link you get nothing to see.

Pretty steep price if you ask me. I bought 2 in a span of three days for 1,2mil plat each from the AH. Also I will not buy another for more than 1mil plat, 900k seems pretty fine.

Someone offerd me a Rolex at a cheap price and I bought one. Five minutes later he offered me an other one for the same good price and I bought it too. In the end I bought his whole stack of Rolexes because the price was that good. I showed them to my freinds and they told me those are faked and I was a bloody idiot. Now I am raging on 911 about how the police didn't do anything about those dupers that rule the world and got my shinies.

ps. selling for AS yeah! - buying something for AS: nope!

I think you just change the color of your text for the fake item to match the color of linked items. There was a few posts on how to change text colors in game a while back.

Last I knew, with chat scripting, you could make a link to an item say whatever you want. Kind of an arcane art these days though, most people don't even know how to do colors.

Mystera...

He used to routinely berate players for how bad they were.

He would sit in the harbor, gladly ripping off any and all players for Ioun Stones.  It was fairly entertaining to see how he actually ruined other players for his own gain.

Now, he is claiming that he is ripped off?  Just how did he get those shards?  Why, he ripped off other players for their shineys then placed them on the ASAH.

I never, ever feel bad for Mystera.  He should not be whinning at all.  That is like the pot calling the kettle black.

Instead of integer values from 0 to 255, you would use hex color codes>

If you link a potion of fire resist 30 followed by 2 globes, it'll say
Potion of Resist Fire 302 Globes of True Imperial Blood
Not very elegant but that's all I have. The most gullible might fall for it.
